The hotel is very charming in a more traditional style, facing a canal and located in 3 old houses. The interior architecture retains many original features, including an old fireplace nook in the dining area, light fixtures and windows. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I liked the little chocolates everywhere for Easter. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. The staff were smiling and kind and helped me with my taxi. The location is an easy walk from the Jan Van Eyck square ( the free bus stops here) and so peaceful and restful after the busy bustle of the town centre. It's a very picturesque area! I had a bath with a shower hose attachment in my room, this suited me but other people may prefer a standing shower.

They were very helpful for everything when we first came for check-in the man told us everything about Brugge he recommend us good breakfast places and bars :) Hotels location was very good. 6-8 minute walk to market square and burg square. We did not make breakfast in the hotel but we see the breakfast when they were preparing. It was very good. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotels view is very good and romantic it was what it is in the pictures. Room was very quiet in nights. Also room was very big for two people we stayed in normal room. I can really easily recommend this place to you. If I come to Bruges again, I will definitely come here.

We had a lovely experience the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were warmly greeted and they were already expecting us. The view from the room was so cute facing the canal directly. The breakfast was simple but had all the essentials and was very tasty. We were given local recommendations and a map which was awesome! The check in staff were very very lovely. The location was ideal and very close to the center which was helpful. The best part of the stay were the complimentary hotel bikes we were able to use all around the city. Definitely a game changer.

The hotel is located on the canals and very near to the city center, just a couple of minutes of walking. You can walk around during the day, go rest in the hotel and then at night go for e beer in some of the near pubs. The room is very authentic and kept its old look, which I really liked. Also, the whole hotel is authentic, and it's very clean so you have nothing to worry about. The staff is really nice and friendly, they gave us all the necessary information for us to be able to enjoy our stay in Bruges. The breakfast is really nice and fresh.

Rooms are great size for Europe (most standard rooms I experienced in Europe before were very small). We had an awesome view to a bridge and channel. Breakfast is really good, everything you need to get full and all fresh. Location is great too. Not on the those crowded streets but at the same time only 5 minute walk from the very center. And the bus from railway station stops right at the opposite side of the hotel. One of the best examples of small boutique-style hotels with very polite and helpful and amazing staff, definitely feels like home.
